Camp Delta (Guantanamo Bay) Death Chamber Plan
Almost two years ago it became known that death chambers were 'under consideration' for installation at US-managed Camp Delta. Pentagon rules for the tribunals permit death sentences to be passed and the construction of a death chamber at the camp was among the options being considered.
